MARCHING ARTS MEDIA

From his first year in High School, Cesar has been exposed to the marching arts. This led to him seeking out and earning a contract to march two seasons with Music City drum corps. After his ageout, he was involved in the first ever media team at Music CIty as well as working with several indoor groups during the 2017 WGI season
